About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled RN to coordinate and implement nursing care for patients on our 3rd floor telemetry unit. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • At least one year of pediatric in-hospital experience preferred
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire
  • The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
