About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As a key member of our technical department, you will be responsible for planning and executing R&D experiments, conducting computer-aided simulation calculations, and designing process flow diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute R&D experiments in the technical department and at customer sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of results.
  • Conduct computer-aided simulation calculations, including evaluation and assessment of results, and coordinate external execution as needed.
  • Design process flow diagrams with control schemes and safety devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement test and investigation programs within customer and R&D projects, from laboratory to semi-technical scale.
  • Support the development of new products and technologies, including testing of prototypes and new applications.
  • Conduct measurement experiments and evaluate results as part of studies, plant audits, R&D projects, and confirm the design basis of newly developed products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering support, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable education.
  • Professional experience in product development, preferably in a technical or engineering role.
