ENT Opportunity Overview

Join a thriving community hospital in Findlay, OH, as an Otolaryngology Physician. This is a full-time, permanent position with a wide range of benefits and opportunities for growth.

- 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available
- Available surgery block time in three OR locations
- Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition
- Average of 25-30 patients/day in clinic
- Schedule is typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR per week
- Integrated EMR with Cerner throughout the health system
- 4 daVinci robots with well-developed robotic surgery program

Compensation and Benefits:
- MGMA 75th percentile plus wRVU production bonus
- Signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement all negotiable
- 200 Hours of vacation/CME, 6 major holidays with 48 total hours of holiday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
