The Lead Therapy Facilitator/BT operates in a professional and clinical environment. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill this critical role, providing comprehensive ABA Therapy for BY YOUR SIDE clients under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and progress curriculum in the therapeutic classroom setting.
- Direct implementation and progression of curriculum in the therapeutic classroom setting.
- Meet with Manager – BYS Academy monthly for projects, shopping, organization and training needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or enrolled in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of (1) year experience conducting ABA Therapy and/or Paraprofessional Teaching.
- High interest in working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards.
