SourceMD is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team as an Adult Reconstruction Specialist.

About the Role:

  • As an Adult Reconstruction Specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures to restore joint function and alleviate pain in adult patients.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform surgical procedures, including joint replacements, osteotomies, and soft tissue repairs.
  • Conduct pre- and post-operative evaluations to assess patient condition and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in adult reconstruction surgery and implement evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Completion of a fellowship program in Adult Reconstruction Surgery.
  • Proven track record of success in performing complex surgical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
