We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential and independence.

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and document treatment plans, ensuring timely and accurate records.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and residents to maximize their functional abilities.
• Orient residents to program services and treatment procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Supervise and train assistants in treatment procedures, promoting a high level of care.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
• Prefer supervision, training, and/or experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population.
• Certification, if applicable, and demonstrated competency in identified areas of specialization.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
