We're seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III to join our Google Cloud team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient cloud-based systems.
Responsibilities- Design and develop cloud-based systems using Google Cloud Platform technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices
- Triage and debug system issues, analyzing sources and impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 2+ years of experience with data structures or algorithms
- 2+ years of experience with performance, large-scale systems, data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
- Experience developing accessible technologies
- Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis, and resolution, and software test engineering
