Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform mammography examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing advanced imaging equipment and techniques.
- Utilize knowledge and judgment to optimize imaging factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment to produce high-quality images.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in mammography technology.
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
- Oregon Radiographer License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Mammography within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
