Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs and effectively communicate with customers to ensure they understand the services needed.
  • Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  • Collect payment for work performed and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in appliance repair is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
