Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned New Accounts Specialist II to join our team at AppleOne. This role will be based in *location* and will involve working with clients to identify their talent acquisition needs.
Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will act as a technical subject matter expert for internal and external clients, including financial advisors and sales assistants. You will also serve as a liaison between department associates and Legal, AML, and Compliance departments. Your responsibilities will include identifying and directing the review of complex issues, analyzing and interpreting data and trends, and determining appropriate corrective action.
You will guide the team on understanding client needs, define root causes of complex problems, and lead the implementation of solutions. As the point of contact for all escalated calls from other associates, internal clients, and branch personnel, you will provide guidance and direction to ensure a positive customer experience.
You will also cultivate a team culture where on-the-job training is prevalent, promoting professional growth and development within the team.
