The Bartender is a key member of our team at The San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests by providing positive, courteous, and professional service.

• Seek to understand the needs of our guests while preparing beverages to their liking.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu and make recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
