Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Create and execute personalized education plans for students with disabilities, taking into account their unique needs and abilities.
  • Deliver Direct Instruction: Provide high-quality instruction in various academic subjects, adapting curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other educators to implement support strategies in inclusive classrooms, ensuring a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods and strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Requirements:
