We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Drivers License certification from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles preferred.
