About the Role

As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our Guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming Guests and managing the wait list
  • Communicating Guest concerns to the Manager when necessary
  • Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate team member
  • Providing support to fellow Team Members when needed


About You

We're looking for someone who is friendly, warm, and caring, with a can-do attitude. If you're able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment, and can safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary, we'd love to hear from you. No prior experience is necessary, just a passion for delivering exceptional Guest service.
