The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric surgery, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide medical direction and oversight to our pediatric surgical team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our pediatric surgical department, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Innovation and Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our pediatric surgical programs, develop and implement strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MD or DO degree with board certification in pediatric surgery.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric surgery, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
