Injection Mold Technician

Employbridge is seeking a skilled Mold Technician to join our team in Arnold, MO. As a Mold Technician, you will be responsible for molding high-quality products while maintaining a minimal scrap rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Molding quality products
  • Review and react to control limits
  • Correct molding problems
  • Clear hoppers/grinders, color units for upcoming jobs
  • Ensure production is stacked
  • Communicate with process engineer and other techs and conduct pre-shift meetings
  • Monitor all processes and ensure production is running as efficient as possible with limited downtime

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in injection molding
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to operate forklifts and industrial equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
