This role requires a strong working knowledge of social media networks from an advertising perspective, experience building and optimizing campaigns in ad platforms, and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate will assist with trafficking campaign orders across paid social and branded content teams, assist in campaign builds, content writing, and other responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with current trends, social ad platform changes, and social advertising strategies to ensure our efforts are cutting-edge.
- Serve as one of the lead coordinators for agency clients, trafficking campaign builds and branded content needs across both teams.
- Assist with internal agency project management and client communications as needed.
- Create, maintain, and optimize social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Track and report analytics for social marketing campaigns, and prepare reports for clients as needed.
- Conduct market research, competitive audits, and audience segmentation for social marketing campaigns and community management for clients.
- At least 2-years-experience in social media marketing required.
- Experience building and managing campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong phone and presentation skills, with experience in client account management preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong data research and analysis capabilities.
- Strong expertise in using Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in order management systems like Operative, AOS, etc. are a plus.
