Temporary Pharmacist Position

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Advocate for Thrifty White programs to patients, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, while assisting with patient enrollment.
• Lead the team by exemplifying, mentoring, and upholding high standards in patient service.
• Organize and streamline workflow and systems for efficient prescription processing, patient counseling, and clinical service delivery.

• Cultivate and maintain long-term care (LTC) business through prompt communication and responsiveness to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.

• Identify opportunities in Long Term Care and Specialty business and communicate these prospects with marketing teams.
• Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.

While performing the duties of this role, the employee is frequently required:

• To communicate verbally and audibly, utilize hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Applicants must possess, or be able to obtain, the following qualifications:
• A pharmacy license, or the ability to acquire a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.

• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• NPI Number
