We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of an Assembly and Ventilation Trainee. The ideal candidate will assist in the assembly of molds while ensuring that all products adhere to our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize drills, interpret gauges, and comprehend the fin and core vent processes.
  • Construct simple sub-assemblies and conduct self-inspections to guarantee quality and efficiency in workmanship.
  • Support the maintenance of an organized workspace and assist with various departmental functions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines consistently.
  • Engage in effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to undergo training in a designated location for approximately six months.
  • Capability to read and interpret assembly guidelines.
  • Fundamental knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
