Rehabilitation Specialist

Award-winning healthcare provider Avera McKennan-Doctors Plaza 4 is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join its team in the Outpatient Neuro Clinic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality rehabilitation services, implementing personalized treatment programs for individual patients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Deliver physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient neuro clinic setting
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program (American Physical Therapy Association preferred)
• Experience in assessing and treating vestibular-related conditions
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of South Dakota
