Aluminum Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabricator to join our team at Waterfront Brands, a leading manufacturer of waterfront equipment in North America. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in metal fabrication and welding.

About the Role:

• Fabricate or produce products using various arc and gas welding equipment.
• Position and clamp components together preparatory to welding.
• Perform quality control checks and grind metal parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Load pallets with finished product and contribute to continuous improvement culture.
• Straightly follow safety policies and make safety suggestions to support improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to operate TIG and MIG welders.
• Knowledge of PPE and operating a forklift.
• Manual labor requiring physical exertion and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Working Conditions:

This position operates in a normal production working environment. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday-Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, with possible overtime on Fridays.
