Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Crew Chief to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of restoration projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise production activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with production technicians, office staff, and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage labor and consumable usage, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. The position requires frequent travel, including some out-of-area and overnight travel.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
