Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner, providing a positive first impression of our venue.
  • Parking Operations: Direct traffic in the parking areas surrounding the facility, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles.
  • Signage and Cones: Place and remove necessary parking signage, including traffic cones for drop-off and pick-up areas.
  • Parking Passes: Verify and enforce parking passes for VIP guests, ensuring that only authorized vehicles are allowed in designated areas.
  • Flexibility: Work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support events and functions.
Requirements
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Required to have a strong background in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
