Framing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Framing Specialist to provide exceptional customer service while creating memorable framing solutions for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create custom framing solutions using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with all customers;
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time;
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas;
• Provide excellent customer service, help customers find what they need, and create a well-merchandised store environment;
• Support shrink and safety programs;
• Interact with others in a respectful manner and promote commitment to the organization's vision and values;
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes;
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards;
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions;
• Assist with Omni channel processes;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• Basic computer skills and measuring skills;
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter;
• Retail experience and ability to sell products and/or services to customers;

Work Environment:

• Public retail store setting; climate-controlled environment; some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled;
• Some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks;
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press;
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings;

Estimated Salary: $27,500 - $37,000 per year
