Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor at TLR Group is responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance support to our residents. This role involves ensuring that all market-ready apartments are prepared to the highest standards, completing resident service requests in a timely manner, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
  • Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, amenities, and dog parks to keep them clean and safe.
  • Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.
  • Report any maintenance issues that affect the budget to the manager.
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and record such activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area.
  • 3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Valid Driver's License and HVAC License.
  • Ability to take direction but work independently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English at a fluent level in both written and verbal form.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently using personal transportation to pick up replacement parts and supplies from vendors. Rotation on-call status may occasionally require expedient travel to assigned property at a moment's notice. The role requires constant need to be on feet, perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying supplies and equipment.
