Dynamic Pediatric Therapy Specialist

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $95,000 based on skills, certification, and experience. Bilingual pay differential options are available for those who qualify.
Job Description
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will evaluate clients' needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide ongoing support and collaboration with other clinical disciplines on-site. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about creating a collaborative environment where clients and their families can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct parent training and oversee client progress
- Participate in weekly departmental and on-on-one meetings
- Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (PT, ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or pending exam completion
- Licensed by the state of Arizona (AZ LBA)
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the work day
