Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team at The Reservoir Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
- Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
