Job Title: Physical Therapist - Clinic DirectorWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to join our team as Clinic Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our clinic, while delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive clinic growth and revenue
- Lead a team of physical therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy and business management
