Job Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the coordination of utilities, ensure efficient supply and distribution of utilities, and maintain overall housekeeping of maintenance and production areas.
  • Project Support: Support project launch strategy, review and provide input on new equipment, and ensure timely completion and implementation of projects.
  • Cost Savings: Identify and implement cost savings programs for the manufacturing site.
  • Vendor Management: Work with approved sub-contracted vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and skill improvements within the skilled trades.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Deliverables

  • Timely completion and implementation of projects.
  • Achieve goals and objectives relating to cost and timing.
  • Achieve project expectation and requirements for all elements of PPAP, IATF 16949, and other elements relating to product launch.
  • Overall housekeeping of maintenance and production areas.
  • Efficient supply and distribution of utilities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Plastics experience preferred.
  • Associates Degree/Some formal technical training.
