Join our dynamic team at POP THERAPIES INC as a part-time childcare advocate. This position offers valuable insights into child growth, behavior management, and early intervention strategies. It is particularly suited for college students or anyone interested in shaping the future generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Childcare:
    Manage multiple tasks such as preparing snacks while supervising children.
  • Comfortable with essential duties including diaper changes, potty training, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Understand age-appropriate milestones and create engaging learning experiences.
  • Express your creativity through various arts and crafts activities.
  • Organize fun dance sessions that bring joy to the children.
  • Engage young minds with captivating storytelling.
  • Participate in outdoor activities that promote physical development.
  • Ensure children are nourished with healthy snacks and meals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children under the age of 6.
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide a TB test.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform various movements such as sitting, bending, standing, walking, and running.

Availability:
Must be available Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 5:30 PM. We are looking for two part-time employees to fill these consistent schedules.
