Logistics Supervisor

The Shipping and Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers while maintaining a lean and efficient warehouse operation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and exceed expectations
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery times
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of transportation management systems and warehouse management software
