Position Overview
This facility operates on a 24/7 schedule, requiring flexibility for rotating shifts.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of batch processing and packaging
- Conducting material charging and product sampling
- Maintaining control of DCS processing
- Performing necessary SAP functions promptly
- Adhering to all required SOPs and regulatory training
- Complying with Federal, State, and local regulations
- Minimizing hazardous waste and off-spec materials
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of polyester batch processing
- Familiarity with DCS systems
- Proficiency in SAP
- Understanding of hazardous waste regulations
- Experience with inventory management and cycle counts
- Knowledge of DOT & IATA regulations, ISO practices, and principles
- Strong laboratory skills, including accurate sample preparation and data recording
