Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees, clients, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to janitorial work, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software for recordkeeping and reporting purposes.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
