Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all interior areas, including the casino floor, pavilion, boarding ramps, and executive conference center.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition, reporting any damage or issues to management.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and maintain floor surfaces as directed.
  • Clean and maintain slot machines as needed, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Properly handle and dispose of biohazards, wearing personal protective equipment as required.
  • Utilize chemicals and cleaning products safely and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to our Thoughtful Service model.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Indiana Gaming regulations and Tropicana Evansville's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Be available for regularly scheduled work and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming License.
  • Effective communication skills in English, including reading and interpreting documents.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
