Salary:

The estimated salary for this Pediatric ER Nurse travel assignment in Austin, TX ranges from $1233 to $1486 per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours of work per week. Job Description:

As a Pediatric ER Nurse at Fusion Medical Staffing, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transport patients as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Pediatric ER
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills, including ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
