Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Behavior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide one-on-one counseling to students, conduct group sessions, and offer support and intervention when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized counseling to students addressing personal, social, academic, and career-related issues.
  • Lead group counseling sessions and workshops on topics such as study skills, stress management, and career exploration.
  • Offer immediate support and intervention for students experiencing crises, including mental health issues, family problems, or bullying.

Qualifications

  • Masters Level Degree required.
  • Candidates need to be licensed through the school system.
