Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Cleaning: Buff marble floors daily, shampoo carpets in public areas, and clean guestrooms as needed to maintain hotel standards.
- Guest Services: Handle luggage assistance, lost and found items, and provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service to our guests.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order and store it in designated areas.
- Emergency Procedures: Have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
