Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient responses and outcomes
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure adequate stock of supplies
  • Transport patients as needed, and assist with procedures and equipment as required
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an Intensive Care Unit setting
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, and follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills and ability to use electronic medical records
  • Physical ability to remain in a stationary position, move about, and lift up to 50 pounds
