What You'll Be Doing:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll lead by example, inspiring and guiding Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support. You'll drive positive change by conducting FBAs, developing innovative ABA programs, and continuously evaluating client needs.

Requirements:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam
