Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in planning, design, or engineering disciplines
  • 8+ years of experience in transportation planning or civil engineering roles
  • Preferred certifications include PE, AICP, or RSP

  • Strong skills in project management and technical writing
