BJs Restaurant & Brewhouse is looking for a skilled and charismatic Host to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting each guest with a smile and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain accurate and even seating in the dining room, managing wait times and making adjustments as needed.
- Effectively communicate with the server and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with taking reservations and answering phone calls in a timely manner.
