Job Description
The University of Massachusetts Medical School is seeking a skilled Youth Health Career Coach to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of health career programs for high school students. You will work closely with program participants, faculty, staff, and community stakeholders to ensure the success of our programs.

About the Role
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with program participants, faculty, staff, and community stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating program activities, including curriculum development, budgeting, and financial control. Additionally, you will collect data and compile program reports to measure program impact, and connect and collaborate with outside organizations to integrate programs and opportunities into the pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of program curricula to achieve learning objectives
- Collaborate with the Collaborative in Health Equity Program Manager on program budgeting and financial control
- Collect data and compile program reports to measure program impact

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in youth development with increasing responsibility
- Background and experience in health-related fields or research
- Proven experience in developing and implementing curriculum, with knowledge of health careers

What We Offer
