HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Ace Hardware Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment, identifying maintenance risks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Identify and address maintenance risks to prevent equipment failure and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services as needed.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer needs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in settings with extreme cold or heat, depending on the time of year.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
