About the RoleAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities- Assisting patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Documenting patient observations, interactions, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.
- Active certification and in good standing with the state regulatory agency.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
