We are seeking a skilled CAD Operator to join our team at Creative Environments, a leading design-build firm in the pool, spa, and landscape industry. As a CAD Operator, you will play a crucial role in creating precise and detailed drawings, collaborating with our design and construction teams, and delivering high-quality outdoor living environments.

• Design Development: Prepare conceptual pool and landscape designs in coordination with our design team for client presentations, including plan graphics, accurate legends for pricing, and overall aesthetic.
• Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with design and construction teams to provide accurate plans, details, and deliver award-winning outdoor living environments.
• Technical Skills: Possess higher-level competency with CAD 2009 or newer and basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Time Management and Organization: Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism and Adaptability: Exhibit a professional appearance, punctuality, and a drive to learn and adapt to the landscape and construction industry.

• Education and Experience: A background in design, landscape, pool and spa, or construction is a plus.
