Eventide Senior Living Communities is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a part-time day charge position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess residents' health status and needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews on a continuing basis.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, updating and making necessary changes as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and providing direct nursing care as necessary.
- Provide accurate documentation in residents' records, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Lead and support subordinate staff, ensuring work responsibilities are completed thoroughly and accurately.
- Communicate resident needs to all resident care staff, interacting with physicians and healthcare facilities as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with nursing skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training.
- Active ND RN/LPN License or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
