At Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Polysomnographer Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care.

Work Schedule
Night shifts, variable days, and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts are available.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic polysomnographic testing and scoring in accordance with national standards for patients from newborn to 21 years old.
  • Monitor and address patient and family comprehension, understanding, and compliance with treatment and testing.
  • Identify and correct technical issues with testing.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in polysomnography or a combination of education and experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), Sleep Disorders Specialist (SDS), or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) certification within 24 months of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in pediatrics.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
