Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Honor Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a key member of our integrated healthcare team, you will provide high-quality primary medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our staff to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with our integrated practice team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school and completion of an ACGME-accredited training program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Michigan.
  • Eligibility for hospital privileges and Medicaid and Medicare provider credentials.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • 1-2 years of progressive experience as a clinician, with experience in CPT and ICD coding and Electronic Dental Records (NextGen preferred).
