Elementary Education Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Elementary Education Specialist to support students with Autism in a collaborative school setting. As a key member of the special education team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on student behavior during sessions.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and an Associate degree or higher, or completion of the para exam.
As an Elementary Education Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Behavioral Support: Collaborate with the special education team to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
- Data Collection: Collect and record data on student behavior during sessions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, including BCBAs, to ensure seamless support for students.
- Support Plans: Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior support plans, focusing on student progress and achievement.
For this role, you will need to have a valid RBT certification and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment.
