Job Overview

Milford Hospitality Group is a premier operator of first-class hotels and restaurants located in Milford, Pennsylvania. Our portfolio of properties encompasses all levels of service ranging from white tablecloth fine dining establishments, high-end event spaces and 4-star luxury hotels to trendy garage bar concepts.

We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time, experienced Drink Specialist. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and service of alcoholic drinks, wine, beer and soft drinks as requested.
  • Preparation of specialty drinks in accordance with recipes.
  • Preparation of fruits and garnishes.
  • Maintenance of cleanliness of bar.
  • Maintenance of stock of liquor and other bar supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • RAMP certification.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
